Gugulethu Sofia Mbatha more known by her stage and screen name Gugu Mbatha Raw. Gugu became famous due to her appearance in the BBC Science Fiction TV show Doctor Who. Gugu became famous for playing Tish Jones in the show on BBC. She was the sister to a main character who was named Martha Jones. Gugu was destined for an acting career after her fans was captivated by her jovial personality. Gugu has appeared on a variety of British stage and TV shows. Chelsea Joy Handler was born on the 25th of February 75th, 1975, in Livingston, New Jersey. Handler was the youngest of children in a family of six. The mother of Handler was a domestic worker and her father was employed as a used car dealer. Her mother immigrated to America in 1958 as an immigrant from Germany. The cancer of the breast was first discovered in the year 1989. Handler died 10 years later after fighting cancer. Handler was brought up in Reform Judaism by her father and grandfather, who were Jewish. Handler was blessed with a joyful good, healthy and safe childhood living in a safe neighborhood. When she was in her early 20s she moved to Los Angeles in order to pursue acting. Handler started acting in order to make income. Handler's ability to write stories came into play as she reached the age of 21. Handler then decided to devote her full-time career in stand-up comedy. Handler started her stand-up career on the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving Badly, a reality show with a hidden-camera/practical comedy. This reality show was on from 2002 to 2005. The host was later employed in various other shows, including Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice The Practice, and Weekends at D.L. Handler began her professional career as a reporter for The Tonight Show. Handler made her breakthrough in 2006, when she began host her own program on E! named The Chelsea Handler Show. The show lasted over two years. Handler was then seen in the United States in the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend as well as HBO have broadcast her stand-up comic performance. In 2010, she hosted the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were revealed. This made her the second woman in history to host the VMA's, following Roseanne Barr.
