Alison Doody

Alison Doody is an Irish actor and model. Her birth date was November 11, 1966. Her first feature film appearance was a small role in The James Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). Later she played the Nazi-sympathising archaeologist Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989). Siobhan is in A Prayer for the Dying, Charlotte in Taffin and Rebecca Flannery Major League II. In the following film, she played her greatest role in the film Taffin as Austrian Nazisympathiser and Archaeologist Dr. Elsa Schneider playing alongside Harrison Ford. It also featured Sean Connery as Indy's father Doody has acted alongside three actors in the role of James Bond. In the year 1991, Doody co-starred opposite Jonathan Pryce in British mini-series Selling Hitler inspired by the publishing fraud known as the Hitler Diaries. She later moved to Hollywood. She was chosen to replace Cybill Shepard in the role of L'Oreal spokesperson and then went on to star opposite Charlie Sheen as Flannery, his wife and agent in Major League II. Doody's return to the big screen took place in 2003, when Michael Caine played Doody in the role of a brief. The roles she played included an appearance in a TV movie adaptation of King Solomon's Mines in 2004 as well as a booklet on the Holocaust, and a short film called Benjamin's Struggle in 2005. Doody made an appearance as a character in Danny Dyer 2010's The Rapture. In 2011, she was to take on the role of lead for The Asphyx remake, but this project did not go ahead. Pam Jefferson, the character she played on E4's comedy Beaver Falls during its first season, which ran for two years. She starred in We Still Kill the Old Way which was a film from 2014.
