Emma Kenney

  Emma Rose Kenney, born September 14, 1999 is an American actress. She has portrayed Deborah Gallagheron Shameless "Debbie" in the show Shameless (2011 until 2021) and Harris Conner–Healy in Roseanne's final season.

 Kenney was born in New York City on September 14, 1999. Gillian Kenney is a criminal defense lawyer. Kevin Kenney is a sports writer who previously wrote for the New York Post. Kenney now works for Fox Sports.
